Chief executive Jamie Hopkins said the group is often showing up to 30 SMEs and start-ups around its 90 buildings in the capital every day.
Its shorter lease lengths allow businesses to expand without being locked into big rental agreements.
The group has paid nearly £34 million for its latest acquisition — Angel House on Goswell Road — which is let but will have scope for new tenants in the next few years.
Workspace’s pre-tax profit jumped 43% to £360 million and rental income rose by 15% to £57.7 million in the year to March 31.
Workspace bought Amnesty International’s Clerkenwell office last week.
Hopkins said the firm “is in a great position to benefit from the continuing change and growth that is taking place across the city”.
