Luxury designers flock to KnightsbridgeComments Off on Luxury designers flock to Knightsbridge
Three luxury designer businesses are heading to exclusive shopping district Knightsbridge to capitalise on wealthy shoppers spilling out of Harrods, property company Chelsfield has revealed.
By the end of 2016, brands that will open new stores on the popular Brompton Road include handbag maker Furla and denim specialist Diesel.
In addition Watches of Switzerland is doubling its store size on the street.
Advised by agents CBRE and CWM, they will move into premises being revamped by the Knightsbridge Estate’s asset manager Chelsfield, on behalf of owner Saudi Arabia’s Olayan Group.
Sarah Waller, asset manager at Chelsfield said: “Ideally located between Harrods and Harvey Nichols, this stretch of properties on Brompton Road has access to strong footfall and big spending customers.”
She added: “That is why we are seeing increased interest from top designer brands as we continue to make improvements to the spaces.”
