The company has bought a £1 million 23-year leasehold on the Bloomsbury Square property from real estate developer Terry Pullen.
A rent will be negotiated with the landlord.
Outside of the cabaret shows and private hires, the new venue will operate a two-tier membership programme, with ‘after hours’ members invited to party in the venue’s Rose Bar as well as another private members club.
Located beneath Victoria House, the Art Deco Bloomsbury Ballroom has enjoyed a long history as one of the capital’s popular large venues since it opened in the 1920s.
The London Cabaret Club owner, Evelina Girling said: “The Bloomsbury Ballroom has played an iconic role in London’s nightlife, and we are delighted to be able to bring the venue back to its former glory and deliver a stunning new destination for the capital’s performers and clientele.”
